Warren has been sick the last three days.. so I'm just today getting back to normal. If normal is getting up at 10:00. Hey, I was tired. So breakfast, an egg white 25 and a piece of toast 100. I tried a new DVD from Netflix Shape Bikini Body Camp: Transforming. It was quick 30 minutes, and challenging. So 30 minutes, zone for 20, AVG HR 149, Cals 358.
Breakfast egg 80, toast with butter 130. For Lunch I went a little crazy with a Pizza 400, cheetos 110. Snack cheese 80, fruit snacks 50, mini nilla wafers 150 (I love those things), carrots 30. Dinner Bread 500... it was homemade with heavy cream... I'm learning the evils of cream. and clam chowder 350.
Total 1900. Yikes.

Monday all over again.
So I got up to workout today and then was distracted by the computer, then taxes, then jewelry. To the least.. I never worked out. Tomorrow it is.
Breakfast - blueberry yogurt 170, Lunch... um steamed broccoli 100, cheddar cheese 170, 6 chocolate pretzels 150, Snack strawberries 100 , milano cookie 70. Then I ate a bit of chocolate. Dinner Chicken 200. Tootsie Rolls.. I love them and can't help myself, which is why I never buy them.

Do you even read this Deborah? I haven't told anyone else just because this is really just a way to make me keep track. I feel guilty when I don't write it down now. Like this past weekend. Thursday workout
This morning was crazy.. it seems to be that way when we start talking about new housing ideas. But regardless I did a 20 min. cardio - Isagenix with Marilyn this morning - only burned 130 I think.. forgot to start my heart rate monitor until I was 5 minutes in. I was suppose to do weights but I was tired and didn't get out of bed early enough to get it done before Marilyn was home. Then it was easier to jump in with her... morning was getting away from me. Then we went on a walk.. maybe 40 minutes.. I looked at my watch at the beginning but not the end... was that kind of day!

Tuesday Workout
I did week 2 day two, upper and lower body of BL jump start..30 Min, zone for 6, AVG HR 107, 189 Cals. While yesterday I declared i would follow the 30-day program that was before I decided that the 10 upper body is not enough. I barely felt like I worked out. I started a flirty girl fitness to give it a try. I did not enjoy it. So quit after 10 minutes. If I wanted to do squats over and over and over again.. I'd do them, but since I don't really enjoy that... I'm thinking that one will not stay in my library for long.

Monday Breakfast Lunch Snack and Dinner
Hard boiled egg 80, blueberry yogurt 170. - A little note.. A Costco croissant has 339 calories 153 are from fat. I suppose that makes sense since a croissant gets its light airy texture from butter layering. Lunch hard boiled egg 80, 1/2 a croissant 170, carrot 21, light mayo 35. WATER!! Snack Dried Apples 80, bit of almond roca to try and once again not like 17, string cheese 80 soup 175, crackers 110, salmon 175, dinner roll 140, butter 75, nachos 250, applet 50 Monday:1708. Over my daily goal.. I couldn't help the nachos... they sounded too yummy.. at least they were home made with colby cheese.

I've decided to do the Biggest Loser 30-jump start for the month of January. Unless I get really bored of it.. but I like having it laid our for me. Today was cardio 1 and 2, 25min, in the zone for 20, AVG HR 137, 250 Cals burned. My goal is to burn 300-400 a day. My meal plan, I'm going to stick to a 1300 cal intake. I'm trying to figure out how to reduce carbs and increase veggies and fruits during the winter. Our summer produce has run its course and other than dried apples, I'm relying on store bought. Very frustrating.

Saturday
Today was egg, 5 small pancakes with a bit of syrup and butter, chocolate, doritos, 4 buffalo wings, 6 pigs in a blanket, pepsi, 2 chicken strips, oreo shake. And I'm not even going to count the calories on this. Lets just say.. tomorrow will be better! I will return to working out on monday, the end of the holiday break. I'm more than ready for the holiday to be over to go the bed on time and return to losing weight.
The Beginning
I beginning this as a way to log my daily exercise and food diary. I've been on a weight loss journey for for the last ten years... on and off. And now two kids, nearly eight happy years of marriage I'm ready to lose the pounds I've gained plus a few more. Here's to the beginning of 2010 and learning to be a better person.
