Thursday

I tried a new DVD from Netflix Shape Bikini Body Camp: Transforming. It was quick 30 minutes, and challenging. So 30 minutes, zone for 20, AVG HR 149, Cals 358.

Breakfast egg 80, toast with butter 130. For Lunch I went a little crazy with a Pizza 400, cheetos 110. Snack cheese 80, fruit snacks 50, mini nilla wafers 150 (I love those things), carrots 30. Dinner Bread 500... it was homemade with heavy cream... I'm learning the evils of cream. and clam chowder 350.

Total 1900. Yikes.
