Tuesday Workout
I did week 2 day two, upper and lower body of BL jump start..30 Min, zone for 6, AVG HR 107, 189 Cals. While yesterday I declared i would follow the 30-day program that was before I decided that the 10 upper body is not enough. I barely felt like I worked out. I started a flirty girl fitness to give it a try. I did not enjoy it. So quit after 10 minutes. If I wanted to do squats over and over and over again.. I'd do them, but since I don't really enjoy that... I'm thinking that one will not stay in my library for long.
