Monday Monday
I've decided to do the Biggest Loser 30-jump start for the month of January. Unless I get really bored of it.. but I like having it laid our for me. Today was cardio 1 and 2, 25min, in the zone for 20, AVG HR 137, 250 Cals burned. My goal is to burn 300-400 a day. My meal plan, I'm going to stick to a 1300 cal intake. I'm trying to figure out how to reduce carbs and increase veggies and fruits during the winter. Our summer produce has run its course and other than dried apples, I'm relying on store bought. Very frustrating.
