Friday Jan 15

Did a 20 min pilates then some lower body work. My legs are tired. Breakfast yogurt and walnuts 370, Lunch egg salad 100, wheat thins 100, clam chowder 200 bread 250 again with the whipping cream. Carrots 20, nila wafers 250. chocolate 35.

Total 1325.
