Gilad upper body, 30 minutes. 150 cals.

Breakfast egg 80, fruit loops 150.

Snack cheese stick 80, sugar babies 100

Lunch chicken tamale 300, pecan cake 75.

Snack walnuts 100, cheese 80, twix 50

Total 1015
